This program was established by The Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). It is a system that certifies the international students or graduates as foreign Japanese chefs with a certain level of knowledge and skills. We expect them to promote Japanese cuisine and food culture in other countries.
We issue a gold, silver or bronze certificate or badge depend on the level to them through a culinary school.
